In order to meet your expectations, and contribute to a great experience, please read the following:

• We do not remove stains such as rust, mildew, or others that developed over time from lack of maintenance.

• All areas are expected to be free of clutter as we do not sort through personal things.

• Items or surfaces that may need special care, please inform us ahead of time.

• Surfaces including but not limited to (marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

• Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.

If you are truly unhappy with your cleaning within 24 hours of your cleaning, we will come back free of charge to review and remedy the areas you are unhappy with. Although we strive for efficiency, we are not perfect and will do whatever we can to make things right!
